Terms and Conditions | Wasp and Bee Melbourne
The terms you agree to when you book us.
Prices and quotes
Prices on this site are starting prices, including GST, for a standard Melbourne home. Height, access and nests or hives inside walls, roofs or chimneys can add to the price. You are told the price for your job before it is booked.
The same day offer
The same day discount applies when the job is booked and done on the same day. It cannot be combined with any other offer.
Access
Please make sure we can reach the nest or hive safely, and tell us about pets, children and anyone allergic to stings before we arrive.
Guarantee and warranty
Bee jobs come with a 1 year guarantee and wasp jobs with a warranty, both given in writing on the day. If activity returns to the same spot inside that period, we come back and treat it again at no cost.
What a treatment can do
A treated wasp colony usually dies within a day, and stray wasps can be seen for a short time afterwards. Where bees cannot be taken alive, we tell you before we start.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
